Multiple-choice grid?

Is there some way to add a multiple-choice grid to a survey? I know there's a single-choice grid question type, but I would like users to be able to select multiple options on each row. Something like the checkbox grid in Google Forms: https://formfacade.com/website/google-forms-question-types-checkbox-grid.html.

Hello @StephenM01,

Unfortunately this functionality is not supported in Survey123, we have an issue in our backlog to support this in the future but do not have a timeline at this time. Please feel free to reach out to Esri Technical Support to log an official Enhancement for this functionality to track progress.
