Halt survey based on an answer

Is it possible to halt and submit a survey based on an answer? My scenario is that if a subject declines to participate, the data people still want that decline recorded as a data point (if for no other reason than to have that subject removed from the list for future contact). It would make the most sense to have this question at the start of a survey, but there are a lot of required questions that come after.

I could set the relevant property for them all based on the response, but this seems overkill. Is there a more direct way to do this? Thanks.

You could split your survey across multiple pages, then put the relevant property on the groups that contain the remaining pages.
