Repeat appears as minimal without appearance setting

As the title suggests my repeat appears without a blank 1 of 1 repeat, it only shows "+" despite the appearance for the repeat being blank (≠ minimal).

Is this a bug?

In Survey123 Connect it looks like this. I had the the same thing. I put a condition for repeat to show only when certain condition is true. so it displays like this in Survey123 Connect but when you will publish and look at it in web or mobile app it will be completely different.

From the feedback above made some changes, published the survey but still receive a blank repeat without minimal appearance for the repeat.

The relevant service is selected which shows the group and repeat but the repeat is empty, not 1 of 1.

Any help would be appreciated
