    <description>&lt;P&gt;I use Power Automate to send email notifications when someone submits a Survey123 form. I have three total. Two continue to work just fine; the third stopped working several months ago and I'm just now noticing it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had to recreate the flow from scratch to get it to work again. I have no idea what caused it to fail, and since I don't know when it failed, I can't attribute it to a Survey123 or Microsoft update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else had a Power Automate flow with Survey123 stop working without any notification? I'm looking for any clues as to the cause.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here's what I can tell you:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Survey was created with the web app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Survey was set to Use the version the survey was published with (3.13).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- One of the other surveys that still has a working flow was created with the web app, but it was set to Always use the latest version. It was originally created in version 3.15.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
