topic Survey123 webhook payload url not saved in ArcGIS Survey123 Questions

Hello,

I am using Survey123 and I have a webhook link that should really work. When I add the link initially, it says "successful save" but the table with the connection isn't showing up. When I try to add the payload URL again in the webhook, it fails to save because the link already exists but there is still no connection table.
