The problem I am facing is when the survey is submitted with an attachment, the flow works fine and I do receive email notification. But, in the absence of attachment, the flow fails leading to no email notification. Has anyone encountered any such issue? How did you resolve it?&nbsp;</P><P>I have shared a screenshot of my flow for reference.
