Survey 123 and Collector for Arc GIS

I was wondering if it is possible to create a survey using Survey123 but was wondering if it is possible for the survey123 survey to carry through into Collector to just plot the polygon/point where the fields are auto-populated from what you input in the Survey123 form?

Rather than input the information on Survey123 go to Collector and have to re-input the information causing you to double-key.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I thought the latest update to the collector app would allow for a collector feature to except values passed from a Survey123 form?

I have this question too.

It is not entirely to me either how this new functionality works or is implemented. "When using the custom URL scheme to open Collector through another app, a website, or an email, you can now include information to start a collection" - what does that really mean?

The GitHub repository only shows examples for opening a map and centering a map. There are no examples for starting a collection.

Updated responce - based on recent update to the github resource detailed below:

Yes you correct in that you Collector does have a custom URL scheme and you can pass in a webmap ID and a lat long:

arcgis-collector://?itemID=35b1ccecf226485ea7d593f100996b49&center=34.0547155,-117.1961714

and also attributes:

arcgis-collector://?itemID=5d417865c4c947d19a26a13c7d320323&center=43.524080, 5.445545&featureSourceURL=http://sampleserver5a.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/LocalGovernment/Recreation/FeatureServer/0&featureAttributes={”quality”:2,“observed”:1502917218285}

The issue is that Survey123 can't pass in the answers from a completed form. I will get this added as an enhancement request.
