Can https://survey123.arcgis.com/ be used with forms in a different Org?

We have two different Orgs - one outside the firewall and one inside. When inside we use our inside accounts but then I cannot find a way to see the forms I have in the outside org. All searches seem to be limited to just the Org I am in. They are all shared with the other account.

All the apps and such can handle this so is there a way in 123 website?

Are you using the ?portalUrl=<your-portal> URL parameter? For instance, I get my org's surveys at:

https://survey123.arcgis.com/surveys?portalUrl=https://maps.co.kendall.il.us/portal

This does not help. I log in to one AGOL Organization but I want to see forms in a different Organization that are shred to me. All AGOL not using Portal at all. It will only show me forms in my own Org even though I am in groups that can access them. When I download forms to my tablet this all works fine but it seems like the 123 website was not designed to handle other orgs.

Have you tried using a collaboration to share the content across, rather than just a group?

Some are collab groups. The website says within my organization specifically so it seems to block them.
