Calculations not working properly in Nested Repeats, Survey123 Connect 3.14.261

Hi all,

I am having a problem where my calculations aren't working in additional entries of my nested repeats while completing the survey in a web browser. The initial entry works fine but all of the additional entries do not calculate. The calculations are working properly in Survey123 Connect as well as the iOS app version 3.14.242 but not on the web browser. Unfortunately I need to survey to run through the web browser. I have attached my .xlxs. Any ideas on this? Thanks.
