topic Query Expression not showing correct date in ArcGIS Survey123 Questions

I am creating a survey that is looking for jobs that need to be picked up on the current date, to capture this I am using the Query expression scheduledroutedate = CURRENT_DATE and Collectionstatus='In Progress'

I have found that this only works how it is supposed to (showing all of the collections for the day) in the afternoon, i think this is because the CURRENT_DATE is UTC time and being here in NZ we are a bit ahead of UTC. I was wondering if there is a way to default it to use the current date of the device being used? or if there is a better way of doing this.
