Arcgis Survey123 Records Lost

Halo everyone, hope that you can help me. A week ago I edit form survey and publish it by Arcgis123 Connect. But unfortunately, records collected from previous survey was lost. Just records of data collected by our friends using new survey which is updating by me are there. And than, the data collected could not appear in web map.

Hi @Aji,

How did you republish the survey, via web designer for Connect? Did you make schema (field name, repeat etc) changes?

If you republish from Connect with schema changes, you will be warned that the survey and feature service will be deleted and created again, due to schema changes. If this has occurred you can not recover the previous data in the feature service.
