Sorry for my english. I would like to export my survey form to pdf. I tried print to pdf but it doesn't work. I would like to send a print version to other people.

Hi,

Where did you attempt to Print from? Did you try the Print button in the individual response panel to print an individual response, as mentioned here? Print survey results—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS

I think they want to print a blank survey, so they can give them out to be filled in manually. Well that's how I interpreted the question.

From what I can see, your solution will only print an already filled in survey, is this correct?
