Embedded Survey123 not displaying data from Survey123 form

Hello!

I have a dashboard on ArcGIS online with a list connected to the embedded content showing my Survey123 form. When selecting a survey123 item in the list, on one of the questions (they are all required), the embedded content isn't showing the answer that was inputted, but it is showing on the list. All other questions are shown as normal.

This is happening on 2 dashboards on different question types; one is select-one relevant questions and on the other dashboard it is happening on a text question.

Are the questions within a group or repeat or do they have an InputMask associated with them?

Hi Gary,

I have removed the InputMask and this has fixed one of the dashboards - thank you!

I am still troubleshooting the 2nd dashboard where a select-one question isn't showing the selected response. My survey has a select-one question which leads to 2 different select-one questions. One of the select-one questions response is visible, the other one doesn't show the response on the dashboard!
