Hi,

I would like to create a survey in the survey that performs a filter based on several questions Ex. SELECT Name FROM table Where Question1 = “absent” and...and...and... in an internal database or another method that in the final complete the last question, as in the image below:

How can I do this, does anyone have an example or could help me?
