Repeat is broken in Survey123 web app

When publishing a survey from Survey123 Connect version 1.10 to AGOL and viewing the survey in the Survey123 web app the repeat group does not allow users to add additional responses. The plus and minus buttons do not show up. The repeat works as it should in the form preview in Survey123 Connect. I've published surveys this way before with a properly functioning repeat group and don't believe I've done anything differently this time.

Hi Alek,

Can you retry loading the survey? Apparently, we had a mis-publish of the website code - an in-development change went to the production website by mistake.
