Survey 123 opens iPad Pro settings when started

Hello:

We are using the latest version of Survey123 on an Ipad pro with iOS 14 installed. The first time we start the app, the app appears to load, but then it opens the settings window for the iPad. We then exit the settings window and start the app a second time and it loads up normally. Any idea why this might be happening. Not a critical issue, but more of an annoyance.

It is probably trying to get you to allow access to location.

Ok. Any suggestions on how to prevent that? Turn off location services for that app? But then would that negate activation of the GPS when using S123?

I think you just have to do it, it is a iOS security thing not a 123 thing. Also I have seen that every single time the app updates it will turn location access back off. Need to set it on every update.
