Survey123 error when sending while logged out

Hey everyone.

I've made a survey using an existing feature service. The survey allows the general public to submit answers via the survey123 mobile app. My survey has a repeat/ related table and uses the inbox feature.

I've shared the hosted feature with all public users and I've allowed public users to edit the data. Everything works fine when I submit answers while logged in, however I get the following error when trying to submit answers while logged out: Send Error - This survey could not be sent due to error: Form data (See attached image).

Hello @SifisoM,

Just to confirm the feature service the survey was built from is also shared publicly correct? If so would it be possible for me to obtain a link to download the survey for troubleshooting on my end?
