Issue with Form

In Survey123 Connect (3.2.3.0) I'm struggling with figuring out how to delete an unwanted horizontal, select_one yes_no question from my form.

The first row of y/n works the way it should, however, the unwanted y/n row does nothing at all, yet disappears when I select yes on the first row.

I viewed my XLSX file and I can't figure out what is causing this.

Can anyone suggest what the problem may be?

Hi Christopher

Its hard to debug without having your Excel file but i suspect you have duplicate yes/no choices in your choice tab of your survey.

If you share your survey we can definitely assist better.

Hi Christopher

It seems your "soap" question is throwing a spanner in the works.

You have an empty label for that question so it seems that that is causing the problem.

If you add the label description it seems to be working fine.
