relevant expressions

Hi, I'm trying to set a relevant expression so that I have only 1 question appear at a time on my survey.

I've managed to simplify my survey to do this with the "select one" type but as far as with a text type or a date type, I'm not finding my way around.

Trying to get the address and final question to be prompted.

This is my set up.

I appreciate any and all suggestions.

I don't believe you can accomplish what you want to do currently. By "have only 1 question appear at a time on my survey", you want questions that have been previously answered to be visually hidden, correct? If you use relevant statements to do that, the previous answers will be removed.

We are working on a pages layout for the next release that will be able to accomplish what you are wanting.
