Adding multiple photos for each answer choice

How do you add multiple image example for each choice on XLS form? For example, the birds XLS form features one picture of a bird per choice. However, male and female birds of some species look different or even differences between juveniles and adults. So including both photos with each choice as examples for a select one or select multiple. I imagine this would be something located on the choices worksheet but I'm uncertain how to format this.

Thanks for sharing this! The blog certainly has a great amount of information. However, it's not quite what I'm looking for. Rather than end user, I'm interested in the backend. For example, the image of the bird watcher survey (screenshot shown below) depicts one picture per choice. I am interested in the ability to show more 2 or more pictures per choice.

Just make a new image that has both in it with a label.

I do this with species. This is all just 1 jpg.
