Embedded Survey123 Form in dashboard attachments issue

I have a form that I created in Survey123 Connect. I have a section for adding images and site sketches, set with the following field parameters:

"multiline" appearance for images and "multiline annotate" appearance for sketch
"count-selected(${image})<6" as the constraint.

I have embedded the survey to be edited and new submissions added through a dashboard. However, the embedded form cannot allow adding images to the form through the dashboard. It shows up as a text field but allows up to 5 words.

I cannot edit the form in Survey123 web version since it was published through Survey123 Connect.

Is there any workaround for this, or have I done something wrong in the embedded content of dashboards?

Hi @JovanaBurz ,

Apologies for the delay in response. multiline appearance is not supported with the annotate appearance on the web form currently.

Thanks for the reply @JamesTedrick . Are there any plans to have this supported in future updates?
