Populating a table in a print template from repeats in Survey123 form

Greetings, in my Survey123 form I have a section with repeats for Station, Depth, and Offsets. I'm trying to get a table of the results but instead I just have all the values stacked vertically (no lines underneath each row). Do y'all have any ideas how I can get a table of these values? See screenshots attached, thanks

In my tables, I only call & close the repeat once per row. I'm not sure if that's the problem or not, but I would try this:

${#station_depth}${station}

${depth}

${Offset}${/}
