I'm not sure I understand the request... Are you wanting to save the word cloud image to your ArcGIS account?

No, I don't believe this is possible.

I think this would be better handled in the dashboad itself, since the Survey123 word cloud is just displayed based on the same data that the dashboard as access to. This has been mentioned as an idea for ArcGIS Dashboards in the past (https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-dashboards-ideas/word-cloud-for-operations-dashboard-for-arcgis/idi-p/936572), it may be best to get behind this idea.
