pulldata function not working after updating Survey123 App from v 3.7 to 3.12

I have a Survey123 app working properly in Version 3.757 , however when I go to install Version 3.12 and use the app on the same or another device, the pulldata function will not work. I am also using another pulldata function in the app that does work properly - any suggestion why my 2nd pulldata function will not work with the latest version of Survey123.

This issue has been resolved. After close investigation, there were a few items in my *.csv file that did not

have a column header. I removed the column since it was not needed for the app and saved to .csv and the recent Survey123 version 3.12 worked on all platforms.
