Survey123 feature report not available

I am having an issue loading a feature report for a few of my surveys. The only way I have found a resolution is to rebuild the survey which is not ideal with surveys already in use. I worked with tech support on this and now it is happening again. It appears that the data is not loading even though I can see the data outside of the feature report. I try to produce a report and the window hangs indefinately. Any ideas on what may be going on? My data is in SDE/SQL published on our ArcGIS Server as a feature service.

This issue was resolved by following the steps included with this BUG:

I added a hidden field and things started working.
