Trigger a webhook when a survey is edited using Power Automate?

Just a general question here:

Is it now supported that when a survey is edited ,a response can be triggered using Microsoft Power Automate? I know it's possible with Integromat, but last time I checked this wasn't yet available with Power Automate.

The reason I ask is because I just edited a survey and it generated an email response. This got me a little excited. So far I have not been able to find documentation stating that this enhancement has been fully implemented.
