This browser is not supported by the survey123 website as per the <A href="https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/faq/systemrequirements.htm#GUID-BE36B6FD-2F9E-449E-B88E-24723B510B16" target="_self">system requirements page</A> of the documentation.
