Looks like a logical result of the mismatched tiles, what are you expecting or wanting to see instead?

I guess you could interpolate the missing DEM values.

Hello,

I have a dem in which two lines are shown, one is vertical and the other is horizontal. The pixel value of those is 0. When I use the slope tool, the final result of the area is distorted. I've tried the Setnull from raster calculator which worked but also for other pixels where their value is also 0(screenshot_4). Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Thank you in advance.

can you give an example of the distortion?

First, thanks for the reply. I just think that for the final report it's not aesthetically nice to be shown these 2 lines so I was hoping there was a way to correct the DEM. Also, in DEM there are no missing values. The pixel value of the problematic lines are 0.

With the value as 0, its calculating a huge slope in those areas, which is logical. I'd definitely call those lines of 0 value missing data.
