Getting an installation error when trying to install 2.0.

Restarted computer, and tried to install again.

Hi Carl,

According to Stack Overflow (api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing when opening Microsoft Office file - Stack Overflow ), it appears that the MS Visual Studio 2015 C++ redistributable is not installed on your machine. This is a common issue for programs that expect certain libraries that are version-specific to be available.

Thanks for your answer; it solved our problems.

This ends up being a pretty critical thing. Two of our Org users have run into this problem now. They are not 'tech savvy' users; nor do they have admin rights on machines for installing the missing dll. Can they dll be included in the install package for Survey123?

Yes, their typical workflow will be from desktops rather than mobile devices.
