now() function showing AM instead of PM

Using Survey123 Connect 3.5.166 I have created a survey. The first question is a Date/Time field that is auto-populated when the form is opened using the now() function. There seems to be an issue during the 12 noon hour where the survey is populated with 12:xx AM instead of 12 PM. When 1 PM comes around, the form is populated with the correct time. I am using the latest version of Google Chrome to view the survey and the form is stored in my organization's ArcGIS Online account. Has anyone else experienced this or is this a bug?

Thanks for alerting us to this. It would be helpful if you could file a support ticket with Esri to internally verify the issue so that we can work on fixing it.

I have reached out to my Customer Service Rep because there seems to be an issue with my account and submitting tickets. I alerted her to both issues and hopefully it will be resolved so I can submit a ticket. Thanks for reaching out.
