Survey 123 polygon feature , realted table

Hi is three any way to us a polygon layer as a feature service , that will have a related table. If so please advice. I did read the following blog.

I was able to published the feature service as hosted. it only showed the top feature class field's (though I had domains assigned to it , it did not show. And when I try to add domains manually in the survey , some of them works some doesn't . please help/ I used the same related table with point features class and it worked fine but not with the polygon feature.

Hi Nusrat,

Can you share a schema sample of the feature class/table as a file geodatabase (fields & domains, no records necessary)?
