Problem with load a form in iPhone

Hi everyone!

I have an issue with Survey 123 (v 1.5.35), I´ve built a form with images from differents kind of animals,..., I´ve published it in ArcGIS Online, when I´ve tried to open in a mobile device with O.S. iOS It didn´t work, instead with Android works fine. I changed the configuration of the images (small images) in Survey and re-publish the service, but It didn´t work. I´ve deleted the images from the media folder and I´ve published again, and It´s worked fine in the two devices. Can you help me?

iOS is case sensitive for the image path & file names. be sure to check that as well.

I´ve checked it, the filenames are correct.

I´ve checked the size of media folder, It was 20 MB, so I reduced the size of the images and It´s changed to 4.8 MB. Now, the form load in iOS.
