"Find my location" not appearing on iPhone geopoint + half map missing

Good morning folks

I've created and shared a public survey using Survey123 Connect. I've added a geopoint for location recording.

I wish the "Find my location" button to work on the map.

The survey loads and works perfectly on desktop web browsers and iPad Mini / 4 (Safari) - iOS 11.3, but when loaded in Safari on an older iPhone 5 (iOS 10.3.3), the following happens.

I get the "Press to set location" map appearing first (first image below), upon pressing as directed, I get the "Location of your sighting" map appearing with the find address or place and home button, but NO "Find my location" button AND the lower half of the map is blank (where the blue pointer is)

Any suggestions?

Hi Ian,

This is a known issue in our backlog with using the web app on an iPhone using Safari or Chrome browser. I have added your use case comments to the issue and will be something we aim to resolve in the future release.
