Repeating Questions

I am trying to create a form to function as a sign in sheet for an event where the surveyor enters some static data into the survey about that particular event and then people "sign in" via repeating questions. Is there a way that I can have the static data in the repeating question's results table? I see that they are related with a parent ID, but that makes it difficult for us to query and get back the results we need in the survey 123 site.

Ultimately I need to be able to query by name and get a flat table of all the times they have signed in and any of the relevant event information. We are also collecting signatures, so need to be able to access those if needed as well.

Thank you in advance for any help on this.

-Aaron
