Want hidden survey fields to display in dashboard

I have fields to be hidden in the survey so people collecting the data don't have to be bothered with clutter, but they're calculated fields that supervisors want to see in the dashboard. Is this possible?

Hi Lesley

When you say dashboard - do you mean the data tab of the survey123 website?

If so - then hidden fields will be displayed in the table and individual views.

If this is not happening - please share your survey xls.

Hi John –

I realized after posting I should have been clearer. On the Analyze tab – I’m building an app that will connect back to SDE for overnight processing, then be pushed back out to a hosted feature class/Survey123. I’m summarizing dollar amounts by county and the managers want to see the results on the analyze dashboard.

Hi Lesley

Both hidden and calculate questions will have their answers written to the underlying feature service and will be visible in the data view. However, as you are experiencing - it is not possible to see them in the Analyze tab. I can get this added as an enhancement request.
