I am wondering how you would build a non-federated ArcGIS Server Feature service (with the intention of building a Survey123 survey on top of it), such that it can direct the photo questions from the survey into photo attachments in the feature service and be able to support pop up's in Portal? Do you need to set up or enable any attachments on the feature service prior to building your survey on top of it?

Essentially my goal is to have the data on my server so I don't have to deal with exporting the data off of AGOL and re-creating a service on our Portal.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks,
