    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Janelle,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Apologies for the delay. &amp;nbsp;The file used in pulldata should be a CSV file placed in the media folder. &amp;nbsp;I would encourage you to check that it is a CSV file by opening it outside of MS Excel; a text editor such as Notepad should be able to view the file content. &amp;nbsp;Also, I would make sure there are not any commas in the data values; that can throw off the positioning of the data in the CSV file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Pulldata and ODK error</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to use a csv file in the media folder to pull into a question to auto fill. I am unable to share the exact data file due to the nature of our work however I have included generic screen shots.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Main problems:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;pulldata calculation error&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;survey unable to locate csv&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;is the csv file correctly formatted&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;choices for the name list matching the csv&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="" class="jive-emoji image-1 jive-image j-img-original" src="https://community.esri.com/legacyfs/online/493172_survey.PNG" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="" class="jive-emoji jive-image image-2 j-img-original" src="/legacyfs/online/493173_csv file.PNG" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is this how it should be saved into the media file?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="" class="jive-emoji jive-image image-3 j-img-original" src="/legacyfs/online/493174_saved as.PNG" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
