printing survey forms with adobe

I'm trying to print out my completed survey forms. I got adobe reader, but when I go through printing and saving it all that shows up in the file is 1 page with the Survey123 logo, no survey form. Not sure if the problem is Adobe or Survey123. Anyone with experience with this?

How are you attempting to print? Via the individual response page?

Hi,

Yes, I am using the Individual Response page. Here:

I press the “Print Current Response” button. Then save the file and then a in Adobe a one page file with the Survey123 logo shows up, nothing more. No survey form ☹

So I was able to print the form after all, but what I am having trouble doing is making it into a PDF that I can save. Thank you for any assistance you can provide!
