I am attempting to use survey123 web forms to edit existing features in a dashboard setting. The survey loads in the web form as desired, however any dateTime fields that are already populated are defaulting to AM:

Hi Andrew,

Thanks for alerting us to this; it appears to be an issue specifically around 12PM when using the now() function. It would be helpful if you could file a support ticket with Esri to internally verify the issue so that we can work on fixing it.

I can open a ticket.

To expand somewhat, the issue seemed to be when a feature was created using Windows Collector and then edited using the web form (as seen in the screenshot above.) I tested using the Android version of Collector and did not experience the same problem.

I was able to work around this by changing the time format in the web map used in Collector to 24 hour time. The error no longer occurs.
