Problem with publish in Portal for ArcGIS

Hi everyone!!

I´m trying to publish in Portal for ArcGIS (v10.5.1 / v10.6), when I publish the survey, it sends me a message about error 500, if i check in Portal for ArcGIS, it´s created a folder and a Feature Service, but the form doesn´t create.

If i publish it in ArcGIS Online everything works fine.

Any idea!!!

Hi!

I´ve created a new survey with only text and a geo-ocation, I´ve the same issue when I tried to publish on ArcGIS Enterprise 10.5.1 (federated and hosted).

I told with Esri technical support, the problem was the DataStore, DataStore was in Read Only Mode because there wasn´t enough space in hard disk and changed from READ/WRITE Mode to READ Mode. So I deleted some files and folders and change the mode of DataStore (execute the command changedatastoremode readwrite).
