Hard Code Report Name Format For Survey123

Is there a way to hard code/set the Report Name format in the Survey123 Feature Report output dialogue box under Section 3 Output Setting for all users of the survey?

As it stands right now (the default), each time people have to print reports, they must manually input the format to match client standards which includes Project Identifiable data. I know you can add field names to the report name that will populate upon generation, however they will not remain from instance to instance. If anyone knows how to do this (or if it is possible) to set this field for all users, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Jeff,

Currently, there isn't a way to store the title string with a template; this sounds like a good idea for an enhancement. Can you add it to https://ideas.arcgis.com so that we can keep track of interest?
