Survey123 feature report. Nested repeat

Hello, I'm traying to generate a report from a feature service that has a nested repeat. Both of them has a image field (photo repeat). I can't generate the image of the nested repeat in the report. Can you help me?

Apologies for the delay. The syntax you are showing looks correct, though it would be more helpful to have the full template and form to test with. Also, is this published to ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise?
