New form published from Hosted Feature Layer - Open in browser error

Initializing error

I published a new hosted feature layer (HFL) and then in Survey123 Connect (v3.1.126) created a form from that HFL.

In my AGOL user account, I have the new form, but when I try to open it in the browser I get an initialization error saying that the layer is "unrecognized".

The XLXs setting workksheet matches my HFL

Hi Dudley,

I believe the problem is the presence of parenthesis in the form_id (layer name) setting. Can you republish the service without them?
