I am using ArcGIS enterprise. I am also created the survey in survey123 Connect

Yes it is able to reach the internet. I started one before on a similar survey but for some reason I am getting an error this time.

It might be best to open an Esri Support ticket to further diagnose what the issue might be.

This might be a "public facing" issue with your portal. I would recommend reading the documentation and having a word with your IT.

I can create a report using a different survey. I am not sure "public Facing" is the issue.
