This typically happens when your survey uses an old XLSFile template which is not including the new appearances. We have not found a good way to&nbsp; automatically upgrade your own XLSFiles used in Connect before putting your own work at risk, so this upgrade needs to&nbsp; happen manually.&nbsp; Here are the steps to add new appearances to the list:</P><P></P><OL><LI>Go into&nbsp; the&nbsp; Types worksheet&nbsp; in your XLSFile</LI><LI>Look for the appearance section</LI><LI>Insert a new row somewhere in between the existing appearance values.
