topic VERSION ERROR in ArcGIS Survey123 Questions

VERSION ERROR

Hello! I am attempting to use these templates for Citizens to report property damage in Onslow County from Hurricane Florence. I only added a PARID field to the survey while testing the survey out. When I initialize the survey it gives me an error. Any ideas on what is causing it? I don't want citizens to think the survey is broken. It happens in all 3 browsers (internet explorer, firfox, chrome)

Hi Angela,

As mentioned in the response on the blog post, remove the calculation version() and property('uri:deviceid') if you want to use this as a web form.

Thanks for the reply! I ended up re-creating it using Survey123 web design. Time was short and we needed to put it out quickly. I will try your suggestion when creating another survey. Thanks!
