To move work orders from AS400 into ArcGIS, I would suggest you look into <A href="http://www.esri.com/products/workforce">Workforce for ArcGIS</A>.&nbsp; Essentially, you will need to take your AS400 CSV and append the workorders into the Worforce for ArcGIS assignments feature layer.
