Public Surveys - release problems?

I got an e-mail that Survey123 now supported Public Surveys.

I made a survey that I planned to use during a public event this Friday. But when I tried to do it public - the possiblity to make it public was disabled.

What has happened? When will you make it public again?

Hi. We are about to release 1.9 which includes Public Surveys. Stay tuned. We are about two hours from updating.

Did the website get updated after the 1.9 release? I still see it as "coming soon" when I try to share to everyone. I made a comment on the blog post as well.
