    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Tucker,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can embed the urls as notes if it's a static link to simply open the form. &amp;nbsp;Survey123 currently doesn't support dynamic generation of the links (for example, including form data from one link to another) &amp;nbsp;There are a few user experience issues with this approach though:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Users will be leaving the original form partly completed when moving to the next form and may forget to complete/submit the original form&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Users will need to have all forms downloaded if this is a low connectivity/disconnected environment&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There will also be a possible data management issue of linking the surveys together through informal relationships (vs. relationship classes with parent / repeats).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to included the URL Scheme hyperlinks within a survey in order to toggle to other surveys, in a way mimicking subforms. &amp;nbsp;Is there a way to include a clickable hyperlink in a form?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
