But you can create all 12 questions in the survey and then use relevance to hide the questions that are not required. You would use a calculate to do the rows times columns sum and then use the answer as the basis of the relevance (i.e to determine which select_one questions are displayed).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please let me know if you need an example of this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;John&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;User is prompted to answer number of rows and columns.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;form calculates rows times columns. The product of the two is the count of questions that needs to be created by the form. &amp;nbsp;For examle user types 4 rows and 3 columns, form creates 12 select one questions, namely, N1,N2, ... and N12.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this possible at all?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
